King’s Hill development will be a thoroughly modern affair

King’s Hill development will be a thoroughly modern affair

Tinder Corporation have been granted the honour of helping the new King’s Hill residential development ensure fast, efficient internet access for their future residents.

The development, spearheaded by Liberty and Kent County Council, and undertaken by Countryside Properties, will bring much needed new homes and facilities into the popular locale. King’s Hill is one of Kent’s newer destinations as has been much praised for its beauty and welcoming atmosphere. The community has long been a cohesive and caring one and, as such, the council has always welcomed feedback from its commercial and domestic residents.

The land on which the development is sited was originally zoned for commercial use, but community feedback, along with changes in local supply and demand, has made it clear that the area’s current priorities are housing and educational/leisure facilities.

Although space will be retained in case of future commercial development, the new project includes the building of 635 new homes (112 of which will be affordable housing), a two-form entry primary school (with room for expansion into three forms) and a youth recreational facility.

In addition to this will be an extension to the existing community hall, improvement to local parking and highways, publicly accessible open spaces and an upgrade to the road infrastructure.

The design of the new project will echo the extant architecture and maintain King’s Hill’s modern, sophisticated aesthetic; and what modern town would be complete without high speed internet access and state of the art technology? That’s where Tinder come in, and we’re excited to play a part in the next stage of development in one of the county’s most desirable, up-and-coming locations.
