A great project for Tinder Corp, this new development is our first venture with Cala Homes, a development company with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency in their new builds, and one which we admire immensely.
Located between the picturesque village of Mistley and the town of Manningtree in Essex, the Newlands Park site is a tranquil little slice of heaven in the countryside.
With easy access to schools, but sited away from the busy town, this new development looks to be the perfect setting for families, couples and retirees, so we’re expecting plots to be sold quickly.
It’s one of our more recent sites: our first visit was on 26th October this year, and comprises 67 properties, made up of 55 homes and two blocks of 6 flats.
We’ll be installing cable on this site for FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) internet access, which will provide residents with state of the art technology at their fingertips.
