You may remember that, way back in 2018, Rochester Council embarked upon an ambitious project to revitalise the city centre. The Rochester Riverside development includes both housing and leisure facilities and has been met with great enthusiasm from locals and investors alike.
We wrote about the project 4 years ago when Tinder Corp, along with technology experts Hyperoptic, was engaged by developers Countryside and Hyde, on phase 1 of this ambitious 12 year project.
Having now completed Phases 1 and 2, we’re delighted to tell you that phase 3 is now beginning!
Phase 3 will deliver 171 new homes, a large waterfront park and new public areas around the famous dockside blue crane, with the first residents expected to move in by summer 2023.
This stunning riverside location is another example of the kind of quality the public have come to expect from Countryside and Hyde, and the latest phase is already proving to be an incredible boon to local business.
