Regular readers will be aware that every year we are reassessed for our ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems (QMS). It’s part of the ISO 9000 family of standards, which provides a set of guidelines and criteria for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a quality management system within an organisation. ISO 9001 certification is widely recognised and demonstrates a commitment to quality to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and every year we smash it.
Except this year when… we smashed it even harder
Our results were outstanding; something that we’re incredibly proud of, and we even beat our personal record for number of positive observations!
It’s not just through good luck that we’ve done so well however: Tinder Corp superstar Sonal Mitoo has been having monthly ISO and governance meetings with CEO Paul in order to make sure every part of the business runs like clockwork, and their hard work has obviously paid off!
So as we leave 2023 and embark on a new year of exciting new challenges, our colleagues and clients alike can rest assured that Tinder Corp is still very much at the forefront of IT.
