Case Study: Burnt Oak, Edgware

Case Study: Burnt Oak, Edgware

by Tinder Corp Media, 20th March 2020

Central London has always been a fashionable place to live, and projects such as the Burnt Oak Broadway development are guaranteeing that gorgeous, contemporary living remains de rigueur for the area. The development, finished just before Christmas, is a mixed use scheme for Catalyst Housing Group, built by Rydon Construction.

The two blocks of flats in question comprise over 150 residences spread over 6 floors, as well as ground floor retail units, each kitted out with all the latest mod-cons.

In August 2018, when the project was first given the go ahead, our partner Hyperoptic reached out to Tinder with regards to fitting structured cabling throughout the residential units. Even in these early stages we knew that this would be an exciting project and so, when we were called in last year to begin the fit out, we were raring to go.

As usual our engineers were efficient, effective and ready to work as a team: we were finished within the allotted time scale and were careful to ensure that our work didn’t interfere with any of the other contractors. Also as usual, we were able to use high end Hyperoptic offerings, meaning that the minute the first residents moved in, they had state of the art, high speed internet access at their fingertips.

By fitting Hyperoptic services via our own high speed fibre optic cabling, we could provide residents with an additional choice on top of the ‘usual’ internet providers: one that afforded them better speeds, instant connectivity and top notch support.

When Tinder Corp take on a job we want to provide our end users with the very best service, and so working with Hyperoptic is a great way to ensure our continued reputation for excellence.
