In the dynamic landscape of modern workplaces, ensuring the health and safety of employees has become paramount. It’s not just a legal obligation but a moral responsibility for organisations to create and maintain a safe working environment.

In a proactive move towards ensuring such a work environment, Tinder Corporation recently underwent a comprehensive Health and Safety audit conducted by David Kinsella, Senior Health & Safety Officer, and Danny Preston, Compliance & Health officer, from Hyperoptic. This was attended by Paul Hayes, CEO, John Amey, COO, and Sonal Mittoo, Governance Officer.

The primary objective of the audit was to evaluate Tinder’s adherence to Health and Safety standards, the organisation’s compliance with established guidelines and the availability of pertinent documentation to support these practices.

Every aspect of Tinder’s operational infrastructure underwent thorough scrutiny. From emergency protocols to ergonomic considerations, the audit team left no detail unexamined. They assessed the effectiveness of safety procedures, the availability of safety equipment, and how personnel responded to hypothetical safety situations.

Upon the conclusion of the audit, Tinder received an outstanding score of 24 out of 25. This remarkable achievement stands as a testament to Tinder’s unwavering dedication to prioritising the health and well-being of its employees.

In the wake of this resounding success, Tinder reaffirms its commitment to upholding the highest standards of Health and Safety. Moving forward, the organisation remains steadfast in its pursuit of excellence, ensuring that the well-being of its employees remains paramount.
