Tinder Corporation announces management restructure

Tinder Corporation Announces Management Restructure, New Ventures, New Growth Plans and New Strapline to Mark it’s 10-year Anniversary.

Chatham Maritime based technology guru’s Tinder Corporation have announce a number of changes today, all of which are part of a much larger 5-year growth plan, of which phase one (18-month roadmap) is already well under way.   The business has historically focussed on the supply and support of B2B technology and communications products, as well as providing fibre and copper-based networking solutions to both the B2B and new-build residential markets.

Tinder has always created sustained growth since formation in the summer of 2013, and is set to post results shortly showing in excess of 40% growth for FY ended July 2023. The business has ambitious plans to accelerate its upward trend and has been making key changes to strengthen its foundations for both growth and for breaking into new markets.

The business has recently established a 5-strong, divisional Leadership Team to steer the ship on a day-to-day basis, reporting into a now restructured Senior Executive Team, comprised of co-founders Paul Hayes and John Amey.   As part of the re-structure, John will make a move from his joint CEO role to a more defined COO (Chief Operating Officer) position, helping to deliver the vision of the business with a particular focus on challenging performance and profitability, whilst ensuring the standards of excellence the business has become so well known for are maintained.   Paul will remain as sole CEO, driving the strategic direction of the business and steering Tinder towards its goals.

John Amey, COO said;

“I am excited to start my new role as COO, I believe the role taps into the experience I have gained as a delivery specialist over my years in business.  Service delivery, quality and customer experience is what drives me and this change in role speaks directly to that.    The focus on “today” and “this week” is what I am built for, which leaves Paul to drive “next week” and the “rest of our lives”, focussing on  direction and strategy fully, safe in the knowledge that the “operational beast” (a title that was bestowed upon me recently) is maintaining the engine room whilst Paul is at the ship’s helm.”

As part of this first phase, Tinder is also expanding its cabling infrastructure division to include Q-MARK/BMTRADA certified Fire Stopping services both within the construction and retrofit environments.

The Tinder 5-year vision includes acquisitive growth across both the cabling and B2B Information Technology sectors, with a key focus on Cyber-Security and Business Process Automation. Tinder would of course welcome any approaches in this regard from late Summer 2023 onwards.

Paul Hayes, CEO remarked;

“I am incredibly proud of what the team has achieved over the last 10-years and am truly excited by the various new paths we are carving out.   Tinder has a LOT more it can achieve in its story, be sure of that!  With all of our new developments, we felt the time was right to refresh our business strapline to better reflect both the business we are now, at the 10-year mark, and the business we will become as we navigate along our journey….  Tinder Corporation : Technology to Connect, Protect & Transform
