Tinder has today launched a bespoke software solution for Window Fix Direct – a Kent based double glazing and conservatory business.
The ERP solution was custom built to meet WFD’s requirements and completely manages their field operations.
The web based solution provides scheduling, surveying and invoicing functions and allows their field based technicians to access the system on their smartphones.
Customers can see a visualisation of how their project will look and the business can capture signatures at the time of completion to speed up the invoicing process.
